Born in Memphis and raised in the Smoky Mountains, Tanner Stewart is proud to call the Gulf Coast his first home outside the Volunteer State.
Tanner graduated from the College of Media and Entertainment at Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Journalism and a minor in Political Science. While at MTSU, he anchored and reported for the State of Tennessee’s award-winning number one student-run television station, MT10 News.
When Tanner isn’t in the newsroom, he enjoys reading, running and learning more about his new home on the coast!
