Sydney graduated from Howard University’s Cathy Hughes School of Communications, with a B.A. in Journalism. She has a passion for hard hitting stories, health pieces, and shining a light on local organizations making a difference. As our Digital MMJ, Sydney produces exclusive content for all of our digital platforms.
She jokes that she used to be the only kid in her grade school classes who got excited about writing essays, and that enthusiasm for writing still remains. Sydney says she loves to bring people the information they need in any way she can.
Sydney is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and the National Association of Black Journalists. She is an avid reader, loves to journal and travels whenever she can!
