Nick Sinopoli joined the NewsChannel 12 team in June of 2019.
He is a proud North Carolinian and graduated from N.C. State University in May of 2019, earning a B.A. in communication with a minor in journalism.
During his time in school, Nick covered all the bases of journalism. His love of reporting started as he became assistant sports editor for the N.C. State student newspaper, Technician, and an intern for Raleigh Magazine.
Nick would go onto intern with “The David Glenn Show” on ESPN’s 99.9 THE FAN, and found his way to television as a news intern for WTVD-ABC11 Eyewitness News in Durham, North Carolina.
He didn’t want to always be a reporter, but he is glad that getting in trouble in elementary school for, as his teachers like to put it, “excessive talking” is finally paying off!
Nick enjoys traveling and is excited to begin his career on the Crystal Coast. You can usually find him on a run or at a restaurant with friends in Jacksonville.
