Mary Wilson

Reporter Mary Wilson comes to News10 ABC after spending time at the ABC/Fox affiliate in Utica, New York. There she worked as a multi-media journalist, reporting extensively on the devastating Mohawk Valley floods and developing a special series on the city’s unsolved homicides. She was then promoted to evening news anchor, taking a lead role in the live coverage of President Obama’s visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and the 15k Boilermaker Road Race.

Mary graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. During her time at SU, she was an active member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority and the Division One Women’s Rowing Team. She’s a native of Vermont, where she and her three sisters grew up showing cows in the 4-H club. In her free time, Mary enjoys all things outdoors including skiing, hiking, and kayaking. She’s happy to call the Capital Region her new home!
