I joined the WMBD/WYZZ team in October 2017 after anchoring the morning show for almost 12 years at HOI-19.
My time anchoring WMBD This Morning, Good Day Central Illinois and WMBD News at Noon has been a blast and I’m looking forward to many exciting years here!
I grew up in St. Louis but have lived in many cities throughout the Midwest including Chicago, Champaign, Pekin and currently Normal. Central Illinois is the perfect area for my family! There is so much to do and we love the people!
Working in this business has also given me the opportunity to help a lot of organizations and causes I care about.
My family has grown a lot since I moved to Central Illinois. I married my wife Laura in 2011 and she gave birth to our twin daughters, Abby and Emma, in 2014. Did I mention I also have another set of twins? Anna and Lauren are teenagers now and live in California!
In my free time I enjoying watching college and pro football, hockey and baseball; listening to music, going to concerts, problem-solving with duct tape and taking road trips.
