Kelly is a multimedia journalist and photographer for WZDX News.
She is from Guntersville, Alabama and graduated summa cum laude from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. She discovered her passion for telling stories in middle school. She loves to write and would create videos for fun.
She worked on the morning news show in high school and later set her mind on attending JSU to study broadcast journalism. She is a proud alumna of the Delta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi. She gained experience while working for TV Services at JSU and now wants to tell stories throughout the Tennessee Valley.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hanging out with her family, and going to the movie theater.
