Kathleen Serie joins the Fox 17 News team as a reporter from South Dakota.
She graduated from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Media & Journalism in May of 2016. During college, she was a radio news intern with South Dakota Public Broadcasting, and continued as a TV news intern with CBS affiliate KELOLAND News in Sioux Falls, SD for two summers.
After graduating from USD, Kathleen moved from small-town South Dakota to Central Texas as a reporter for CBS affiliate KWTX News 10 in Waco, TX. She reported out of the station’s bureau in Killeen, TX for nearly two years.
