Jennifer anchors WSBT 22 News First at 4, 5 and 6.

She joined WSBT 22 in 2002 as a reporter for First In The Morning, quickly rising through the ranks eventually becoming a top reporter and anchor.

Jennifer left for a few years to work in some major markets, but is proud to be back at WSBT 22.

She began her television career at WJW-TV in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the primary anchor for WICD-TV in Champaign, Illinois, worked as an evening anchor and reporter at WCNC-TV in Charlotte, North Carolina, and anchored the evening news at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jennifer graduated with a degree from Kent State University and has won many awards for her reporting and storytelling over the years.

She is passionate about using her role to tell positive stories. “Life is full of negativity, ” Jennifer said. “My job is to show you what’s happening in the world around you — good and bad. Sadly, there’s a lot of bad. So, I work hard to find stories that lift you up… and focus on the good.” Jennifer does that in her weekly ‘Coaching with Kerry’ segment on WSBT 22 News First at 4.
