DJ MANOU

DJ Manou is a reporter for WSBT 22 News. He joined the team in November 2017.

DJ grew up in Rochester, New York and had his sights set on becoming a reporter after watching a local news icon when he was little. After high school, he attended SUNY Oswego and earned a Bachelor’s degree in broadcast communication and minored in athletic coaching.

While attending SUNY Oswego, DJ was heavily involved with WTOP10, where he developed his on air skills. He also worked behind the scenes skills as the station’s Executive Producer. DJ also spent time interning with Spectrum News covering news and sports and with ESPN as a game-day utility.

His favorite parts about the job is the ability to connect with new people and the opportunity to give back to the community.

In his free time, DJ can be found hiking the nearest parks, watching the next big game or searching for the best place to find wings.
