Cody Thomas is originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia. He graduated from Parkview High School with honors.
He started his journalism career as an intern with WSB Channel 2 Action News in Atlanta during the summer of 2017. He also interned with The Bert Show on Q99.7 morning radio show during the Fall of 2017.
Cody graduated from Kennesaw State University Cum Laude with a degree in Journalism and Emerging Media in 2018. Cody says his dream is to become an entertainment news reporter. FOX 28 Media is his first reporter job out of college.
Fun Fact: Cody became a published author in May 2019. His book, ‘Half Past Five’, is a California set drug, romance and high stakes novel about the trials and tribulations of youth and leaving what you know behind.
