Cassie Hudson is NEWS10’s first ever Digital Reporter, a role that blends storytelling and content creation specifically for online and emerging platforms.
She joins NEWS10 ABC from Channel One News, where she was a reporter based in New York City. During her time, Cassie explored #buzzworthy experiences and trends, like goat yoga and virtual playgrounds, as the producer and host of Channel One News’ fan-favorite “Next Big Thing” segment. Most notably, Cassie has conducted high-profile interviews with celebrities like Bill Nye, Common, Jonah Hill, Lauren Graham and more.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude, Cassie attended the University of Florida to study Public Relations and Journalism. As a student, she interned in the media relations department at CBS in NYC to pursue her love of television and news. After graduation, Cassie was a Page at the Late Show with David Letterman.
