Caroline Torie anchors the weekend evening editions of WSBT 22 News.

Caroline hails from Pittsburgh, PA and is an avid Steel City sports fan. She most recently worked for digital media startup, Styrk, in New Jersey as a writer and anchor.

Caroline graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana with a double major in Political Science and Communication. Her communication thesis researched media bias on cable news networks. At DePauw, she served as Station Manager for the campus radio station, WGRE. She also led the school’s Varsity Field Hockey team as a co-captain to the NCAA Final Four.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring her new home, watching sports & movies, traveling, and eating all of the pizza and pasta she can get her hands on.
