Brittany Toolis joined Eyewitness News June 2018 as a Reporter after finishing a record-breaking season with the Rockford IceHogs.
Brittany was the broadcasting intern for the Rockford IceHogs, where she co-hosted the pregame show IceHogs WarmUp, did in-game live interviews, and previewed each game on the website and Jumbotron.
Brittany is originally from from the southside of Chicago. She attended Eastern Illinois University where she earned Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a focus in Interpersonal Communication, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, along with two years of Graduate School for Communication Studies.
Brittany loves sports, especially hockey. When she is not working she’s playing with her dog, at the gym, or watching hockey.
